I crossed the finish line of the 5K St. Patrick Day race with a smile. My mom and I trained for ten weeks together and we were supposed to run it together, but she hurt her back a day before the event. It was really disappointing, but we plan to keep running together once her back has healed. I've been loving our quality mother-daughter time. Thankfully, my husband offered to run it with me and it turned out to be a great day date!
After completing the Whole30, I stepped on the scale for the first time in thirty days and I was excited to see that I lost 10.5 lbs and I didn't have to count one calorie! When I went spring shopping, I was also pleased to see that I lost one jean size. I am so glad I completed the Whole30 and I would recommend it to everyone.

I am excited to announce that I am going back to school! I was accepted into the Forest School Practitioner's Course and I will be headed to Sussex, New Brunswick this summer for training.
