Brother and Sister
When I was pregnant, I wanted to prepare Henry for the new baby as best I could. So, I bought "New Baby" books to read to him, which he enjoyed until the new brother or sister arrived in the story. At that point, Henry would shut the book and declare the story was "all done". To be honest, I thought bringing a new baby home was going to be a disaster, but to my pleasant surprise, Henry has handled the transition very well. He tickles Rosemary's tummy, gives her gentle kisses when she cries and helps to change her diaper. Meanwhile, her face lights up whenever her big brother is around.
The feeling of love radiates between these two sleepy heads! Speaking of which, I think I will join my babies for a nap because I am tired.
