It took ten hours to make Henry's Halloween costume. What I didn't know was that Henry would hate it. His poor body was trapped in a wooly marshmallow and I think he was mad at me for making him wear a pair baby girl leotards. I love Halloween and luckily, for us, it started early this year with a Barnyard Halloween party at the Canada Agriculture and Food Museum. Henry threw a fit when I put him in his costume, but his baby friends quickly distracted him and I was able to snap a few pictures.
Papa Smurf, Little Lamb and Piglet had a lot of fun on the scavenger hunt through the barns and exhibitions. Our Halloween prequel was followed by carving pumpkins, eating candy apples, dressing up and trick-or-treating on October 31st.
I'm pretty sure I passed the ten-month-old trick-or-treating quota just so I could hear people say "what an adorable costume" one more time.
Candy wrappers now litter our kitchen counter and I promise I'm going to stop eating it soon, I swear.
Happy Halloween, friends!
Your so crafty!
